Corn Salad

Corn Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) 12oz shoe peg corn drained
  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • 1 green pepper diced
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 4 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon(s) white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1&1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar

Preparation

Mix all vegetables. Combine other ingredients, mixing thoroughly, and then add to vegetable mixture. Mix thoroughly. Cover and chill several hours or overnight.
