  • Yield: Makes enough dough for 1 (13- x 9-inch) baking dish or 8 (8-oz.) ramekins
  • Prep time:5 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz.) packages frozen cream-style corn, thawed
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat baking mix
  • 1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients until combined.

Note: For testing purposes only, we used Heart Smart Bisquick All-Purpose Baking Mix.
