- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 1 8oz cream corn
- 1 8oz whole corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 2 quart dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
