- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1-15 oz can(s) Creamed Corn
- 1 1/3 cup(s) Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon(s) Butter melted
- 24 Club Crackers chushed
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350º F
- Mix ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes until set.
