This was a great side dish. Lots of flavor. The chili peppers added a nice touch to an ordinary corn casserole. I made it a day ahead until almost browned to the way I wanted it. Then popped it in the oven for about 30 minutes to heat through and brown. Very nice.

Wonderful. Have used this recipe as a side for Thanksgiving and Christmas the past 5 years. Everyone always wants the recipe. This is absolutely moist, flavorful and delicious!

This was excellent! Made exactly as directed. Served with a Mexican egg scramble in pita pockets. This came together in about 10 min prep time. Would be great as a Mexican side or served over chili!
