  • 4 ear(s) corn (remove silk just before cooking)

Preparation

  1. 1)Refrigerate unhusked corn until ready to use.2)(Corn is best when eaten as soon after picking as possible).3)Husk 4 ears corn and remove silk just before cooking.4)Wrap each ear of corn in waxed paper;twist ends.5)Arrange 2-inches apart in microwave.6)Microwave on high(100 0/0)5 minutes;turn corn over and rearrange ears.7)Microwave until tender,4 to 6 minutes.8)Let stand 3 minutes.9)Serve with margarine or butter,salt and pepper;season with chili power,basil,celery seed or nutmeg.
