- 2 can(s) whole kernal corn drained
- 1 can(s) cream style corn
- 1 can(s) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1/2 stick(s) butter
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped
- salt to taste
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add Rotel tomatoes and cook 15 min., add corn. Simmer for 10-15 min and serve.
