Corn Flake Pie Crust

Yield one 9-inch pie crust


  • 1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

How to Make It

  1. Combine corn flakes, sugar, and butter; toss until well blended. Press mixture into bottom and sides of a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate. Chill at least 1 hour. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool.
