  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil or shortening melted
  • 1 half cup(s) milk
  • 1 pound(s) pkg.wieners

Preparation

COMBINE cornmeal,flour and salt.ADD egg oil and milk.COAT each wiener with flour and insert onto tines of cooking fork or wooden skewer.DIP into cornmeal mixture and coat all sides.FRY in deep fat (375 degrees F.) til golden brown.
