Ingredients

  • 1 stick(s) butter melted
  • 1 can(s) whole kernel corn including liquid
  • 1 can(s) creamed corn
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package(s) corn muffin mix
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion

Preparation

Melt butter, add canned corn, sour cream, eggs, corn muffin mix, sugar and minced onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until top is dry and lightly browned.
