- 1 can(s) whole kernel corn including liquid
- 1 can(s) creamed corn
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 package(s) corn muffin mix
- 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion
- Melt butter, add canned corn, sour cream, eggs, corn muffin mix, sugar and minced onion. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until top is dry and lightly browned.
