Corn Bread with Curried Apricot Chutney

    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    I added this to grilled chicken breast which I feel made a good, stable meal. It's nice since you can make this ahead. The chutney is interesting. Not my all time favorite, but it's nice to mix things up a little. This is by no means a sweet chutney.
