Ingredients
- 1/2 C corn meal
- 1/2 C flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- buttermilk (enough to make it mushy)
- 1 tbs bacon grease
- 1 tbs Crisco (melted)
Preparation
- Mix ingredients and pour in greased pan. Cook 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown.
