Ingredients
- 1 corn beef brisket
- 4 red potatoes quarter
- 1 pound(s) baby carrots
- 3 cup(s) water
- 3 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 onion wedges
- 1 cabbage (small) wedges
Preparation
- Layer in order onion, potatoes, carrots, brisket then cabbage in crockpot. Combine all other ingredients including packet from brisket and pour top. Put lid on crockpot. Cook low 8-9 hours.
