Ingredients

  • 2 medium-size ripe avocados, cubed
  • 1 (15.5-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 1/4-oz.) can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
