I have been making this recipe for years now; ever since I found it in my Southern Living mag. I make it for crowds at parties, for summer evenings with the family, and as a side dish to serve throughout the long winter. Stick with the recommendation and use Badia Fajita Seasoning as this gives it a bit of heat but not too much for the kiddos. Simple to make & full of flavor!

Everyone loved this recipe, even those that don't like corn. Great flavor. Would not change a thing.
