An instant favorite. Flavors of the Coriander and cinnamon were EXCELLENT! Used fresh corn that I roasted on the grill. Used 3 ears of corn as 7 oz didn't seem to be enough. Will make often!

My fiance and I both loved this. The chicken's flavoring is complex and tasty. The salad is delicious. We will make this again - a quick meal to put together. I followed the recipe exactly, except that I used fresh corn (that I boiled on the stove before putting in the salad).

I was so impressed by this recipe, and I had my doubts about the corn to be honest. The coriander seasoning of the chicken was perfect and all together the dish was light and elegant, restaurant quality really. I made some slight changes. I used heirloom tomatoes instead of ordinary cherry tomatoes. Also I grilled 4 ears of corn on the cob in the husk instead of the canned corn which I think made the corn very flavorful in comparison to how it would have been otherwise. Finally, I grilled the chicken instead of pan saute just because it was so warm outside and didn't want to have anything on in the house. Make this recipe! You won't be disappointed!

This is a great easy dinner. The coriander and cinnamon are a really great combination. It has a very complex taste and only took minutes to make. I added snow peas into the salad because I had them. I will make this over and over again,

Similar to other reviewers, I used fresh corn (1 ear/serving), which tipped this recipe over the edge to outstanding. Searing the chicken made for very moist morsels, but I'll try grilling next time. A great summer dish!
