Cookies and Cream Puppy Chow

4 ingredients are all that's standing between you and this delicious treat made with white chocolate morsels and plenty of Oreo cookies. We cut back on the powdered sugar here because the white chocolate adds plenty of sweetness. If you're feeling Parent Trap vibes--add 1/2 cup of melted creamy peanut butter to the melted white chocolate.

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex)
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate baking chips
  • 10 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

How to Make It

  1. Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside.

  2. Place white chocolate chips in a small, microwave-safe glass bowl; microwave for 1 minute or until chocolate begins to melt. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds and stir until smooth.

  3. Add white chocolate to cereal in bowl; stir gently to evenly coat. Place mixture in a large, zip-top plastic bag. Add crushed cookies to bag. Seal bag and shake to combine. Add powdered sugar to bag. Seal bag; shake until cereal mixture is fully coated. Transfer mixture to a baking sheet lined with wax paper; cool completely. Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
