Cookies and Cream Parfaits

Yield 4 servings
Prep: 7 minutes. If you don't want to use the liqueur, just leave it out. You'll still get a rich chocolate-coffee flavor from the syrup and the ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lite chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's)
  • 1 tablespoon coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 1 cup chocolate or vanilla low-fat ice cream
  • 4 reduced-fat cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as reduced-fat Oreos), crumbled
