- 1 cup half - and - half
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut
Preparation
- Combine half - and - half, sugar, and egg yolks in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Add butter; stir well. Stir in pecans and coconut.
