Ingredients

1 cup half - and - half
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut

Preparation

Combine half - and - half, sugar, and egg yolks in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened. Add butter; stir well. Stir in pecans and coconut.
