- 1 pound(s) ground turkey
- 1 medium onion diced
- 28 ounce(s) diced tomatoes
- 16 ounce(s) salsa
- 2 zucchini diced
- 3 yellow squash diced
- 15 ounce(s) black beans rinsed, drained
- 1 1/4 ounce(s) dry chili seasoning
- Cook turkey and onion over medium heat. Saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a soup pot and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer for 1 hour before serving.
