Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 28 ounce(s) diced tomatoes
  • 16 ounce(s) salsa
  • 2 zucchini diced
  • 3 yellow squash diced
  • 15 ounce(s) black beans rinsed, drained
  • 1 1/4 ounce(s) dry chili seasoning

Preparation

  1. Cook turkey and onion over medium heat. Saute until browned, about 5 minutes. Transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to a soup pot and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer for 1 hour before serving.
