Ingredients

  • 1 whole(s) English Cucumber diced
  • 1 whole(s) yellow pepper diced
  • 1 whole(s) red onions diced
  • 6 ounce(s) feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 cup(s) lettuce shredded
  • 2 lemons juiced

Preparation

  1. Chill salad plates. Place veggies in a bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. pour lemon juice over lettuce. Top lettuce on each plate with veggie mixture. Colorful and refreshing and easy.
