- 6 ounce(s) feta cheese crumbled
- 2 cup(s) lettuce shredded
- 2 lemons juiced
- Chill salad plates. Place veggies in a bowl and let rest for 5 minutes. pour lemon juice over lettuce. Top lettuce on each plate with veggie mixture. Colorful and refreshing and easy.
