Favorite, nice and crunchy! Keeps well and makes a lot!
Yield: Makes 10 to 12 servings
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- 3 medium carrots, diced
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 (6-ounce) bag radishes, sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add Dressing, and toss to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Drain before serving.
