Ingredients
- 2 16-oz. cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 cup yellow pepper, diced
- 1 16-oz. bottle Catalina dressing
- 1 10-oz. pkg. corn chips
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients together; stir well and serve immediately.
