Ingredients
- 1 mango, peeled
- 1 small cucumber, peeled
- 1/2 medium jÃcama, peeled
- 1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 5 lime wedges
Preparation
- Cut mango, cucumber, jícama, and pineapple into 4- x 1/2-inch strips; place in a large bowl.
- Combine lime juice, salt, and red pepper; stir well. Pour juice mixture over fruit mixture; toss. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
