Ingredients

1 mango, peeled
1 small cucumber, peeled
1/2 medium jícama, peeled
1/4 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
5 lime wedges

Preparation

Cut mango, cucumber, jícama, and pineapple into 4- x 1/2-inch strips; place in a large bowl.

Combine lime juice, salt, and red pepper; stir well. Pour juice mixture over fruit mixture; toss. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
