Ingredients
- 2 slice(s) bacon finely chopped
- 2 clove(s) garlic minced
- 1 1/2 pound(s) collard greens stalks discarded, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) water
Preparation
- Cook bacon in Dutch oven over medium heat until crisp. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in greens and water, cover and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and cook 1 minute until liquid evaporates. Season with S&P.
