Coleslaw from Snappy Lunch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 head cabbage, finely chopped (7 1/2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
