This recipe goes with Cappuccino Waffle Mix With Coffee Syrup
Yield: Makes 1 3/4 cups.
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 2 cups sugar
- Combine both ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, without stirring; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
