Coffee Syrup

Ingredients

• 1 cup brewed coffee
• 2 cups sugar

Preparation

1. Combine both ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil, without stirring; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
