Coffee Pecans

Yield 2 cups


  • 2 cups toasted pecan halves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread pecans on waxed paper, and separate with a fork. Cool.
