Have made this recipe several times. Glaze gives the turkey a beautiful burnished finish. Gravy is pretty darn tasty, too. My favourite part is gradually telling guests that coffee and amaretto (and sage) are the flavours they are enjoying. There's always a quiet surprise, and then we all keep eating.
