Makes 2 1/2 cups


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant dark roast coffee or instant espresso
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar

How to Make It

  1. Stir together cream and instant dark roast coffee in a medium bowl until well blended. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer 1 minute. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form.
