Coconut Rice

Discover a hint of sweetness with each bite of Coconut Rice. We serve Coconut Rice with  Orange-Ginger Turkey Cutlets.


  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (13.66-ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1 3/4 cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How to Make It

  1. Bring broth and coconut milk to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat; stir in rice and salt. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
