Coconut-Pineapple Glaze

Yield 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

How to Make It

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl, and mix well. Spoon over baked ham during last 30 minutes of baking time. Glaze may be served with ham.
