- 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How to Make It
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on parchment- or foil-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 350° for 5 to 8 minutes. Let cool on pan.
