- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons thawed orange juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
How to Make It
Process ice cream, 1/2 cup cream of coconut, and remaining ingredients in a blender until desired consistency, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve immediately.
Note: For testing purposes only, we used Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream and Coco López Cream of Coconut.
