I absolutely love this recipe. Its quick, its easy and its super satisfying. We made it with turkey sausage and added some sugar free syrup. PERFECTION.

This was really good! Used a 1lb loaf of bread and should of doubled the egg mixture as i did 1 1/2 times to make for the difference, but still not enough egg for all the bread...very very good! And super fast!

Made this for my in-laws san pineapple because of an allergy and with splenda instead of sugar... they raved about it. Today I am trying with real sugar (bonus!) and the grilled pineapple.... think bacon will go nicely with this dish although maybe not with my diet.. but who cares! This french toast is AWESOME! I might have a hard time ever making plain ole french toast again!

I'm used to having syrup or something juicy on my French toast, but this was still delicious! I ran out of egg mixture while soaking the last 5 pieces, so I think only soaking them for 1 min. total (30 sec. each side) would be plenty.
