How to Make It

Step 1

Cook first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, whisking constantly, 12 to 15 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat, and stir in coconut and vanilla. Let cool 30 minutes or until completely cool.
