- 2 cup(s) jasmine rice
- 2 cup(s) coconut milk
- 1 3/4 cup(s) water
- 2 tablespoon(s) unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) oil
- 1-2 tablespoon(s) toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoon(s) curry
- 1. Rub oil on pot.
- 2. Add rice, milk, water, coconut, salt and bring to boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
