    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    Tasty, but A LOT of work! My frosting didn't turn was like marshmallow fluff so just oozed down the sides. The few things I changed: I used 2 spring-form pans, one I did the paper in and did PAM in them. Definitely do the parchment paper, way better results. I used vanilla bean (I happened to have some in the fridge) and that was tasty. Also, I didn't have cake flour so I subbed all-purpose with cornstarch. I also used fresh coconut that I had shredded. Yummy, but really labor intensive.
