How to Make It

Combine bourbon, apple cider, and ginger syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into 2 chilled coupe glasses. Top each drink with 1/4 cup apple kombucha, and garnish each with 1 apple slice, if desired. Serve immediately.
