1 1/2 cups sparkling grapefruit soda (such as Izze or Ting)
Garnish: fresh grapefruit wedges
How to Make It
Place cachaca, lime juice, and Campari in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously 10 seconds. Strain into 2 ice-filled Collins glasses, and top evenly with grapefruit soda. Gently stir to combine. Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately.
