How to Make It

Place rum, mango liqueur, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Cover with lid, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute. Pour Champagne or your favorite sparkling wine over a spoon (so colors do not mix) into flute. Garnish, if desired.
