Coca-Cola Cake

Coca-Cola Cake

There is no question that Coca-Cola Cake is simply one of the best sheet cake recipes on earth. The richly sweet syrup and magical bubbly brew of carbonated cola is the not-so-secret ingredient that gives this cake its moist and tender texture. Note: Don not make the frosting ahead of time--you need to pour it over the warm cake shortly after baking. To finish, generously top your sheet cake with toasted chopped pecans, if desired.
