Cobra Sauce from Godsey's Grill

You can use less Sriracha. But, like its namesake, this rémoulade-like sauce should have some bite.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Asian Sriracha hot chili sauce
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl.
