I was a little skeptical about this, but it was delicious (and also very pretty!). I used my own whole wheat crust and substituted turkey bacon but otherwise followed the recipe. Oh, and I accidentally put the first bit of blue cheese on before baking the crust instead of after, but that turned out fine. I think the blue cheese really makes this dish. Yum!

My Hubs and I loved this pizza! I used turkey bacon (97% fat free) and a whole avocado. It was tasty and the dressing is just enough with the blue cheese. I would make this again! It would be great cut smaller to use as as finger food at a party.

This was truly wonderful! Delicious, fresh, healthy and very satisfying! It was a hit with the entire family and we will definitely make it again!

We loved this! We made the basic crust from Pioneer Woman http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/02/my-favorite-pizza/ Other than that I made it as written, but substituted baby spinach for the greens and used Balsamic Vinegar in place of the White Wine Vinegar. It was sooooo good. The only downside was it was hard to stop eating it!

I made this as a Sunday night casual meal and it was absolutely fantastic. If you follow the recipe amounts, the vinagrette ends up being just enough to add flavor, but not so much to overwhelm the dish. I used feta cheese since I'm not a big fan of blue cheese and it was a good compliment to the other ingrediants. Also, after I drained the grease from the bacon pan, I cooked the chicken in the same pan to give it some extra flavor. I will definitely make this again. Only downside: it's a little messy to eat. Enjoy!

Fresh taste and super easy makes it a winner at my house.

Loved this! Instead of using instant chicken, we grilled some on the Foreman. We were pressed for ingredients and just used fat-free ranch for dressing. Also used turkey-bacon in place of regular bacon to make it a little healthier. After the crust was done, I sprinkled with Feta and low-fat mozzarella and put back in the oven for about a minute just to lightly melt. Would definitely make again!

I really enjoyed this...while my husband liked it, he refused to call it nothing short of "Salad on the Dough", lol. It actually heats up pretty well in the microwave the next day. And I ended up making the 'salad' portion for lunch too-very tasty

I made this as directed except I took out the avocado (since my family doesn't like it) and replaced the blue cheese with reduced fat feta because I had it on hand. This was delicious!! It reminded me of a flatbread salad I like at a nearby cafe except I think this might have been better. I was surprised how much flavor the little bit of applewood bacon and the dijon dressing added. One of my new favorite recipes!

Even with my boyfriends concern about the smell of the bleu cheese, he loved it and we have made it twice now and just loved it both times, easy and delicious.

Made this salad half a dozen times already. I skip the pizza dough and use toasted sandwich thins. Absolutely delicious. Definitely a favorite.

Really easy and really good. I had the bacon bits already made, so I opted to grill the chicken breast on our Traeger. I also used whole wheat sandwich thins (great idea healthyhandfuls!) instead of the pizza dough and grilled those before assembly. It is a bit messy to eat, but the flavors are worth it. Definitely adding this to our regular rotation. We had a simple fruit salad to go with it. Very colorful on the plate!

This is a great pizza! I ended up grilling the dough and putting some mozzarella on right before taking it off the grill, then topping it with the salad. It was just perfect for a light, summer meal on a warm night!

I made a variation of this recipe and it turned out really well! I sliced tomatoes and cut up cooked chicken and baked it on pitas in the oven at 400deg. I used italian style blend cheese and cooked the onions with greens and added that on top. I added fresh basil, italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes and baked it all until warm. this is a great base recipe for homemade pizzas!
