  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic
  • 2/3 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoon(s) Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation

1. in small bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper

2. add oil in a slow stream, whisking the dressing until it emulsified

3. add sugar to taste - whisk to combine
