Clementine's Fruit and Nut Granola

    I followed this recipe and found that, when finished cooking completely, it didn't seem quite "dry" enough. So I turned off the oven (at the specified time) and let it sit in the oven as it cooled. I also mixed in the fruit and I keep it all together in a ziplock bag. I would say that this granola is tasty, but not outstanding.

    This is my "go to" granola that I use as a base to which I add other healthy ingredients, like flax seed meal. Perfect to take in a baggie when traveling too.
