Clementine Salad with Spiced Walnuts and Pickled Onions

This is superb! I made this exactly by the recipe and it came out great. I sometimes make a larger quantity of walnuts and freeze them after I make them spiced. Delish!

Outstanding! Tangy vinaigrette compliments the citrus and the pomegranate seeds and nuts provide a contrasting texture and crunch. Worthy of serving to company or for a special occasion. Didn't have time to make the spiced walnuts, so used roasted pecans I had on hand. Will definitely try it with the spiced nuts next time.

Loved this. So colorful and pretty. I just used toasted walnuts because I'd rather not have sweet things in my salad
